It is a very sad day after 853 editions and 16 years but it was felt that with falling listener numbers and other options available to access news it has reached the end of it’s natural life.
Bridgwater Talking Newspaper provided local news and information in audio format every week for those living in and around Bridgwater who couldn’t access the printed word. It was available in a variety of ways online, on the phone, or a USB stick by post.
Bridgwater Talking Newspaper is a registered charity and our work is entirely dependent on volunteers, donations and grants.
